This two-day course is designed for individuals seeking a North Carolina Concealed Handgun (CHP) Permit who want more than the state minimum — a real foundation in the judgment, marksmanship, and decision-making skills that concealed carry demands. Day One covers everything required by North Carolina law: firearm safety, applicable statutes and use-of-force law, marksmanship fundamentals, and the live-fire qualification course of fire. Day Two is what sets this course apart: a full day of scenario-based, professional-level instruction on the range, working students through a series of realistic concealed-carry scenarios designed to build sound decision-making under pressure — not just the ability to hit a paper target. Students are encouraged to bring lunch and any snacks that may wish to bring for Day 1. For Day 2, Students must bring a minimum of 150 rounds for their firearm.
